The Department of Education is seeking a state-wide supplier to deliver the Disability Inclusion Facilitator Service (DIFS) across all Victorian government schools for an initial term from 2027 to 2029, with a potential two-year extension. This service is a core component of the Disability Inclusion reform, which utilizes a strengths-based "Disability Inclusion Profile" to determine tiered funding and functional support for students. The successful provider will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a workforce of expert facilitators who conduct face-to-face profile meetings in partnership with Student Support Groups.
Beyond field operations, the supplier must provide comprehensive administrative support to assist schools throughout the profile process. Key deliverables include the provision of accurate profile and workforce data to inform government funding allocations, as well as the generation of Profile Reports for schools following each assessment.
