Our company is about to go to audit and we are attempting to get systems in place to ensure no compliance requirements are missed as we implement the to tremendous amount of policies, checklists, forms and registers. Is there a platform we can put our services into that will prompt, trigger us to ensure no step is missed? Example a incident, their is the form in templates, it’s then saved in another folder, then it needs to go into the incident register, the we need to follow up to ensure it’s resolved and I’m sure there is another step that I can’t recall of the top of my head! Desperately need a automated system/workflow.
